Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable container, ensuring all original hangtags are included.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
